Particulates Matter
Particulate matter consists of a mixture of solid and liquid particles and is divided into different fractions depending on their size. A distinction is made between the particulate matter PM10 with a maximum aerodynamic diameter of 10 micrometers (µm), PM2.5 and ultrafine particles with a diameter of less than 0.1 µm.
